My first Rottweiler, Ronja, was born on January the first 2005. She is from the kennel of Maahismetsän in Korpilahti near Jyväskylä. Her father is German RW IPOMM-01, VDH CH, SchH3, IPO3, FH2 Troll vom Hause Anin. And the mother is HK2, BH, TK1 Orweiles Tytti.
By the age of 3 months, Ronja has been very active and energetic puppy. She likes to "wrestle" a lot but lately she has become interested on balls and other things as to play with, also. She has learned to make her duties outside fairly well, even though there has been some set backs in the learning process. So far we have tought her the basic commands to sit, come, follow, as well as some others. Next we are strating up with the search related exercises. However, much of it is still playing around and matter of having fun.

During the summer ´06, we have been training and playing a lot. Ronja, as well as the handler, has learned the basics of search and rescue (SAR) activities. We have also put effort on basic and advanced obedience training. Our first show was in June and it took place in Mänttä.
Ronja has grown up to be a strong individual. She is fairly sharp and sovereign by nature but also peaceful and calm.
